SportsCardNetwork is designed for sports card dealers and collectors to manage inventory, list cards for sale, track orders, and run their card business. You may use the Service for any lawful activity related to buying, selling, or managing sports cards and related collectibles.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SportsCardNetwork to:

Sell counterfeit or fake cards — including reprints, fakes, trimmed cards misrepresented as untrimmed, or cards with altered grades
Commit fraud — including shill bidding, fake sales, inflated comps manipulation, or misrepresenting card condition
Violate marketplace policies — including eBay, Square, Shopify, or any connected platform's terms of service
Harass or abuse others — including threatening language toward buyers, sellers, or SportsCardNetwork staff
Distribute malware or harmful content — including uploading files that contain viruses or malicious code
Scrape or reverse-engineer the platform — including automated data extraction without authorization
Create multiple accounts — to circumvent inventory limits, bans, or subscription restrictions
Resell or redistribute access — including sharing your account credentials or sublicensing the Service

3. Card Authenticity

You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of all cards listed through SportsCardNetwork. If we receive reports or evidence that you are selling counterfeit items, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated descriptions and pricing suggestions are tools to assist you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing to any marketplace. You may not use AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listing content.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you upload, including card photos, descriptions, and customer information. You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws.

6. Fair Usage

We expect reasonable use of platform resources. Excessive automated requests, abuse of API integrations, or actions that degrade service quality for other users may result in rate limiting or account restrictions.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user violating this policy, please report it to support@sportscardnetwork.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: a warning for first-time minor infractions; temporary account suspension; permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate response based on the severity of the violation.
