Welcome to SportsCardNetwork. By accessing or using our platform at sportscardnetwork.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
SportsCardNetwork offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing sports card inventory, sales, and related business activities. You may not use the Service to sell counterfeit cards, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more details.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Square, Stripe, Shippo, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms.
When you connect your eBay, Square, or other marketplace accounts, you authorize SportsCardNetwork to access and manage your data on those platforms as necessary to provide the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to SportsCardNetwork, including inventory data, photos, and descriptions. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated content (descriptions, pricing suggestions) is provided as a tool and may require your review and editing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any content you publish to third-party platforms.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
SportsCardNetwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsCardNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportsCardNetwork, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before closing your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
